Serene Tan is a seasoned professional in talent management and development, currently serving as the Talent Management & Development Manager for Greater Asia at BD since August 2023. Prior experience includes holding the position of Talent Development Lead at Razer Inc., where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the global Talent Development portfolio and implementing key leadership programs. At Wildlife Reserves Singapore, Serene managed the Learning and Development function, creating leadership frameworks and systems for career development. Previous roles also include Human Resource Development Manager at Sentosa Development Corporation, focusing on learning strategies and organizational development initiatives, and various positions at Duke-NUS Medical School, where Serene developed training plans and managed performance cycles. Serene holds a Bachelor of Business in Management and Marketing from the University of Newcastle and a Diploma in Hospitality Management from Temasek Polytechnic.
