Beatriz Miras is an experienced professional in human resources management, currently serving as Responsable RH at BECM Banque Européenne Crédit Mutuel since April 2021, overseeing a team of 400 collaborators with responsibilities including employee relations, recruitment, mobility, and HR projects.
