Mikala Kin, M.P.S, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mikala started their career as an Intern at the University of Delaware Employee Development Department in 2017, where they gained experience in employee development initiatives. Mikala then worked as a Server at Columbia Ale House from August 2017 to May 2018. In 2019, Mikala joined Oxford Global Resources as a Recruiter, where they specialized in hiring information technology and engineering consultants for clients. Mikala also worked as an Intern at the University of Delaware in the same year, where they developed an internship program for the athletic department. From 2013 to 2019, Mikala worked at Military & Commercial Fasteners Corp., initially as a Human Resources Assistant and later in the purchasing department. Mikala'sresponsibilities included ensuring timely orders and providing support to the HR manager. Recently, Mikala worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Wiley Rein LLP from March 2021 to February 2022, where they gained hands-on experience in various HR functions. Currently, they are working as an Associate in the People and Growth department at the Beckway Group.

Mikala Kin, M.P.S, SHRM-CP completed their education with a Master's of Professional Studies in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Delaware from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, in January 2022, Mikala obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
