Jim Kristoff has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jim started their career as a Project Engineer at General Motors in 1987. Jim then worked as a Principal Engineer at Picker International from 1993 to 1996. Following that, they joined Arthur Andersen as a Senior Manager from 1996 to 2002.
In 2002, Jim became a Director of Industry Solutions at TDCI, where they were responsible for product management and business development. Jim significantly improved the company's product positioning strategy and sales process.
In 2006, Jim joined ERICO as the Worldwide Manager of Application Development. Jim handled global IT business system strategy and development, overseeing teams and gaining expertise in various areas including ERP, data warehousing, and marketing automation. In 2010, they were promoted to Director of Marketing, where they restructured the marketing strategy and delivered a world-class marketing capability. Jim stayed with ERICO until 2015.
Currently, Jim serves as the Vice President of Product Management and Development at Beckett Thermal Solutions. Jim leads the company's new product development, engineering, product management, sales, and marketing efforts. Jim also played a key role in the acquisition and integration efforts of a European competitor.
Jim Kristoff earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, where they attended from 1985 to 1990. Later, from 1991 to 1993, they pursued a Master's degree in Manufacturing Management at Kettering University.
