Wayne Guthrie SPHR, SHRM-SCP is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience across various sectors, including nonprofit organizations and higher education institutions. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Becket Family of Services since 2021, Wayne oversees HR operations for a large workforce across multiple states.
