John Chobanian currently serves as Vice President in Debt & Structured Finance, Multifamily Capital Markets at Newmark, a position held since October 2018, following previous roles as Assistant Vice President and Associate in the same department. Additionally, John has been a Trustee at both Mountain Valley Treatment Center and Becket Family of Services since March 2020. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Berkeley Point Capital LLC and as an Assurance Senior Associate and Intern at PwC, specializing in financial services and asset management in the real estate sector. John Chobanian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond's Robins School of Business, with a focus on Accounting and Latin American & Iberian Studies, complemented by studies at Universidad Blas Pascal.
