Matthias Knipschild is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in service delivery and architecture, currently serving as Service Delivery Manager and IT Architect at Bechtle Onsite Services since January 2007, overseeing the OSS team across the D/A/CH region. Prior to this role, Matthias held various positions including OSS team lead and Service Delivery Manager while supporting Nokia from 2006 to 2011, and worked as an IT Architect at PSB Service GmbH and IBM Business Service GmbH, where responsibilities included service management, OnSite support, and project management. Matthias's earlier experience includes positions as Service Manager and IT Project Manager at Hill-Rom GmbH, and as IT Architect and technical team leader at DVO. Education was obtained at Ruhr University Bochum from 1979 to 1992.
