Richard Freer possesses extensive experience in public infrastructure and project management, currently serving as Managing Director Public Infrastructure Australia at Bechtel Corporation since 2013. Prior roles at Bechtel include Principal Vice President and Project Manager. Additionally, Richard held the position of Policy Adviser at the Cabinet Office from February 2009 to April 2021 and served as Deputy Command Secretary at the Ministry of Defence from January 2007 to February 2009.
