Joshua Cotton, CEM, has extensive experience in equipment operations and management, currently serving as the North American Operations Manager at Bechtel Corporation since February 2008. In this role, Joshua manages asset and service management activities, develops operating procedures, implements telematic systems, and drives data analytics to enhance fleet efficiency. Previously, Joshua held positions as the Equipment Manager at Bechtel, overseeing operations at the Houston Equipment Yard, and as the Training Manager at Terex Corporation, where Joshua managed training programs for multiple product lines. Earlier experience includes serving as a Service Engineer and Field Service Technician at Terex-Demag, providing technical training and support for crane products.
