Frank Cheah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in field engineering and project management within the construction and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as the Project Field Engineering Manager for the NEOM Trojena project at Bechtel Civil Infrastructure since May 2023, Frank previously held several key roles at Bechtel since 1989, including Field Engineering Manager for large-scale projects such as Jubail Industrial City, which managed a workforce of up to 50,000, and the Technical Delivery Manager for the $15 billion New Doha International Airport in Qatar. Frank has consistently demonstrated expertise in overseeing critical engineering functions and ensuring successful project delivery across various high-profile developments.
