Jacob Rathway is a Mechanical Engineer at Bechtel Plant Machinery, Inc. since August 2023, following a role as a Store Representative in the Accelerated Leadership Program at Hilti North America from June 2022 to August 2023. Jacob demonstrated leadership skills as a member of the Engineering Leadership Society at Penn State University, where participation spanned from August 2020 to May 2022. Experience includes serving as a Varsity Baseball Student Manager at Penn State University, focusing on data analytics, team communication, and equipment management, from August 2018 to May 2022. Internships at SMS group Inc. and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation provided practical experience in mechanical engineering and project management, with responsibilities including analyzing blueprints and conducting concrete testing during the summer of 2020 and 2021, respectively.
