Lucía Degano is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and financing. Currently serving as a Partner at Beccar Varela since October 2016, Lucía has progressed through the ranks from Associate to Senior Associate and now Partner, specializing in M&A, private equity, and general corporate advice. Prior to this, Lucía was a Foreign Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, focusing on Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings and M&A. Lucía began the legal career as an Associate at Estudio Beccar Varela, with a focus on various aspects of corporate law and financing. Lucía holds an Executive MBA from IAE Business School and a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.
