Matas Paulikas is a graphic designer with extensive experience in various roles within the design and production sectors. Currently employed at BeCause since March 2020, Matas has contributed to projects as a graphic designer for both BeCause and 'hoodheroes. Prior to this, experience was gained as a co-founder and graphic designer at TidTilVin, where responsibilities included UX, product modeling, social media advertising, and website integration. Matas also worked at RPM Records DK as a distribution coordinator and graphic designer, focusing on social media content, website illustrations, and production optimization. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor's degree in Printed and Digital Media from Kauno Kolegija and an Academy Professional degree in Production Technology from KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi.
