Tyler Gilmore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational leadership within the healthcare and sports domains. As the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations at Work Right NW since March 2021, Tyler has been instrumental in driving company operations. Tyler is also the Founder and CEO of Leadership Mindset, LLC, which emphasizes focused leadership development. Additionally, Tyler serves as Board Chair for Because International since January 2022 and previously held various operational roles at PT Northwest from June 2009 to March 2021, contributing significantly to clinical operations and community relations. Early career experiences include being the Head High School Athletic Trainer at Physiotherapy Associates and an intern with the Oakland Raiders. Tyler holds a Master's degree in Athletic Training from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Physical Therapy from Northwest Nazarene University.
