Carolynn Duncan serves as Acting CFO for Fosterful and holds the position of Fractional CFO at Mission Edge, where efforts focus on maximizing social impact for nonprofits and small businesses. A Board Member at Because International, Carolynn supports initiatives for distributing shoes to children and families. As CEO and Founder of TenX.org, an accelerator for high-potential organizations, Carolynn has cultivated growth and acceleration strategies. Teaching roles include University Lecturer at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and Special Instructor at Brigham Young University - Hawaii, focusing on entrepreneurship and personal finance. Previous experiences encompass founding the NorthWest Social Venture Fund and Social Venture Society, as well as serving as Kenya Field Coordinator for Lift The Children Africa. Carolynn's educational background includes an MBA from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business, post-graduate studies, and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
