Erin Smith Bonin serves as the Senior Regulatory Counsel at Beazley since May 2019, overseeing Regulatory Affairs and Products and Filings teams, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and managing various legal documents and filings. Previous experience includes roles as Vice President, Associate General Counsel & Director of Product Development at Aspen Insurance Group, and Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Allied World, where extensive legal expertise in insurance products was developed. Additional legal experience includes serving as a Temporary Assistant Clerk in the State of Connecticut Judicial Branch and a Contract Drafter at Guy Carpenter & Company, LLC. Erin holds a Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from UMass Boston.
