Norma Provencio has extensive work experience in the corporate and homebuilding industries. Norma began their career in 2003 by founding Provencio Advisory Services, where they served as the President and Owner. In 2010, Norma joined Beazer Homes as the Corporate Director, where they held several leadership roles including Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Compensation Committee. Norma's expertise and experience make their a valuable asset in the areas of corporate governance and advisory services.

Norma Provencio earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University between 1975 and 1979.
