Madeline Elmer has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Madeline is currently employed at Beaverton School District as a Kindergarten Teacher. Prior to this role, they worked as a Resident Teacher at the same district, where they led a 2nd/3rd grade blend classroom and provided personalized support to students. Previously, Madeline also worked as a Child Caregiver, caring for children aged 6 to 9 and establishing connections with families.

Before joining the education field, Madeline worked at Logical Position as a Senior SMB Paid Search Specialist, where they managed PPC campaigns for numerous clients and provided training to new team members. Madeline also held roles as an SMB Search Specialist and Marketing Specialist at the same company. Additionally, Madeline gained experience as a Dog Handler at Sniff Dog Hotel, where they cared for and engaged with over 50 dogs.

Earlier in their career, Madeline interned as a Real Estate Intern at Keller Williams Realty Sunset Corridor, where they provided assistance to staff and operated a multi-line telephone system. Madeline also worked as a Nursery Assistant at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, where they engaged children in learning and communicated with parents.

Madeline Elmer completed their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Teaching from Oregon State University, from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Colorado State University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degrees, Madeline Elmer obtained certifications such as an English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Endorsement and a Preliminary Teaching License from the Teacher Standards & Practices Commission in Oregon, in August 2021.
