Bill Allen has a diverse work experience ranging from teaching positions in various school districts to roles in the financial services industry. Bill began their teaching career in 2009 as a student teacher and substitute teacher in the Beaverton and West Linn-Wilsonville School Districts. Bill then taught math at the Sherwood School District, where they collaborated with other teachers and achieved high test scores for their students. Bill also taught at the Redwood City School District, focusing on problem solving and curriculum development. In addition to teaching, Bill served as an assistant baseball coach at Lewis and Clark College and the West Linn-Wilsonville School District. Prior to their teaching career, Bill worked in the financial services industry, where they excelled as a branch manager, assistant manager, and financial representative, achieving positive results and improving overall profitability.
Bill Allen attended Lewis & Clark College from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business - Economics. Bill later pursued a Master's degree in Teaching at Concordia University-Portland, completing their education in 2010.
