Laura Scott MIH is an experienced manager with a strong background in hospitality, currently serving as a Manager at The Seren Collection and Beaverbrook since August 2021 and June 2019, respectively. Additionally, Laura has been the Restaurant Manager at Pennyhill Park, an Exclusive Hotel & Spa, since July 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing service delivery, customer care, team management, and profitability, while maintaining high service standards and operational excellence. Previous roles include Supervisor at Pennyhill Park and Senior Waitress at Coach House Hotel. Laura holds a degree in VRQ Levels 1, 2, and 3 and NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality and Catering from Pembrokeshire College, completed in 2012.
