Bryon Iwane has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bryon began their career in the military, serving as a Combat Signaler in the US Army and later in the Georgia National Guard. After leaving the military, they transitioned to the retail industry, leading store management at Kroger where they focused on sales growth and loss reduction. Iwane then moved into sales roles, starting with United Distributors as a Retail Sales Manager, where they successfully grew market share and increased sales. Bryon later joined Puratos as a Manufacturing Sales Representative, cold-calling and managing a seven-state territory, achieving over $3.5 million in end-user sales. Bryon then served as Operations Manager / Sales Manager at Hardman Distribution Corporation, where they contributed to a significant increase in sales and was responsible for route sales growth, customer service, and distribution. Iwane continued their sales career at Sprint as a Business Solutions Consultant and later as a Sprint Business Sales Manager, achieving over 35% sales increase and recruiting and developing top talent. Bryon further expanded their sales experience at Cintas, where they worked as a Sales Representative. Currently, Iwane holds the position of Sales Director-NCSA at Beaver Paper Group.
