Eric Perez is a Continuous Improvement Specialist at Beaver Aerospace & Defense, Inc. since August 2012, specializing in Lean Manufacturing to enhance processes and eliminate waste. Prior roles include System Lead and Technical Trainer, where leadership in the installation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment for aerospace and defense systems was critical. Earlier experience includes an Electronic Technician role at PowerThru, focusing on advanced flywheel energy storage systems, and a Communication Electrician position in the US Navy, handling installation and maintenance of communication systems on ships. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Program & Operations Management from Southern New Hampshire University and has additional education from Western Michigan University.
