Karen Chu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in luxury hospitality and strategic project management. Currently serving as the Global Project Lead and Strategist at BeautyHealth since May 2021, Karen previously held the position of Senior Manager of Global Luxury Brands at Hilton, where management of multimillion-dollar event projects contributed to over 20 new luxury hotel openings worldwide. Karen also led the pre-opening team at Waldorf Astoria Beijing and directed the hotel's luxury sales strategies. Noteworthy achievements include receiving the Waldorf Astoria Brand Public Relations Award in 2015 while managing a marketing team and leading successful campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Karen is pursuing an MBA at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and holds a certificate in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University.
