Amy Pennington is a seasoned professional in the beauty industry with extensive experience in product development and brand management. Currently serving as Senior NPD Manager for Skincare at Beauty Pie Ltd since June 2021, Amy previously held key positions at PZ Cussons as Global Product Lead for Haircare brands and Global Product Manager for St. Tropez from June 2017 to June 2021. Prior roles include Global Brand Manager for Lee Stafford and Marketing Assistant at THE QUANTUM BEAUTY COMPANY LIMITED from December 2014 to June 2017, as well as serving as Intellectual Property Services Coordinator at RWS Group from September 2013 to December 2014 and Marketing Officer at the University of Southampton from September 2012 to September 2013. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in French and Spanish from the University of Southampton and studied at Universidad de Granada.
