Sam Jackson is a seasoned human resources executive currently serving as Chief People Officer at Beauty Industry Group since April 2024. Previously, Sam held several key positions at Domino's from March 2018 to April 2024, including Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President, Chief of Staff to the CEO. Earlier experience at Target spanned over a decade, during which Sam advanced from Senior Director of Human Resources to Director overseeing HR for Target's headquarters in India, and various other roles focusing on organizational development and operational efficiency. Sam began a career in management and construction with Lake Point and Kilgore Paving and Maintenance, and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Brigham Young University.
