Max Porterkhamsy is an accomplished culinary and hospitality professional with extensive experience in fine dining and luxury service industries. As the founder of Epicurate since October 2019, Max has also owned Vine Dining since February 2011, where a team of chefs focuses on delivering high-quality personal chef services in northern California's wine country. Additionally, Max serves as the Manager of Hospitality and Operations for BeautifulPlaces and Exclusive Resorts, managing the guest experience and property operations. Previous positions include Executive Chef at Mayo Reserve Room and Cook at Le Bernardin. Max holds a Bachelor's Degree in Restaurant & Hospitality Management from The Culinary Institute of America and has additional education from the University of New Hampshire.
