Lauren Nappi has a diverse range of work experience in the field of people operations and human resources. Lauren most recently worked at Beautiful Destinations as the Director of People & Business Operations. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Manager of People at Hero and as the Senior Manager of People & Operations at WeWork. Lauren also gained experience at Success Academy Charter Schools, where they held various roles including Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Associate, and Human Resources Coordinator.

Lauren Nappi completed their Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General from Ithaca College between 2009 and 2013. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate of Completion in The Effective Facilitator: Maximizing Involvement from the American Management Association in 2015.
