Randall Dockery has accumulated extensive experience in technical support and quality control across various roles. Currently serving as an IS Helpdesk/AS 400 Operator at Beaulieu Group, LLC since September 2007, responsibilities include assisting customers with technical issues related to email, VPN, Microsoft Office, and AS/400 systems. Additionally, Randall holds the title of Master Inspector, overseeing quality control in the carpet finishing department. As the Owner and Operator of Doc's PC Repair since 2011, operations involve computer repairs, network installations, and security systems. Prior experience includes a role as an Inspector at Shaw Industries, where inspection of carpet for defects was a key duty. Randall Dockery holds a BBA in Management Information Systems and an A.A.S in Computer Networking & Service Technology from Dalton State College, as well as a certificate in Business and Customer Service Technology from Middle Georgia Technical College.
