Theresa Sauer is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as a Shareholder at Beatty & Wozniak, P.C. since December 2020, specializing in the oil and gas industry with expertise in surface rights issues, midstream agreements, environmental concerns, and operational support. Previously, Theresa held the position of Lead Counsel for BP's Texas and Wyoming Business Units, providing comprehensive legal support for resource development and contract negotiations. With a strong background in litigation and administrative law, Theresa has led national litigation strategies and served as a Hearings Officer for the Colorado Oil & Gas Conservation Commission. A graduate of the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree, Theresa also holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Colorado Boulder.
