Sean Gorman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at BeatStars since November 2022, Gorman partners with the Founder/CEO to support music creators in entrepreneurship through a comprehensive business solution. Previously, Gorman held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Panopto for nearly a decade, enhancing video management for businesses and universities. Gorman's tenure at Amazon included critical roles as Director of Amazon Newsstand and Director of the Kindle Store, where significant advancements in digital content and revenue were achieved. Earlier experience includes a pivotal role at Microsoft focused on strategic planning for the Xbox 360 and various product management positions. Gorman holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Product Design from Stanford University.
