Kartik Arya began their work experience in 2011 as a Sales Executive at Prudent Marketing. Kartik then moved on to become a Team Leader at the same company from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Delhivery as a Sales Associate. After that, in 2017, Kartik worked as a Sales Manager at Airtel Business. In 2018, they took on the role of Zonal Sales Manager at BeatO, Health Arx Technologies Pvt Ltd until 2019. From 2019 onwards, they served as a Senior Manager in the Founder's Office at the same company.

Kartik Arya completed the Professional Certificate Program in HR Management and Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing & International Business from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, between 2012 and 2014. Kartik also holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Rajasthan Technical University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace from SkillDeck in July 2022 and in Digital Marketing from Delhi School of Internet Marketing in August 2014.
