Elisa Di Lallo's work experience begins in 2020 at Università degli Studi Roma Tre, where they worked as a Subtitler and Translator from October 2020 to May 2021. Elisa then transitioned to Bears with Benefits® in 2022, starting as a Social Media Management & E-Commerce employee from January 2022 to February 2023. Following this role, they became a Junior Customer Experience Manager at Bears with Benefits®, starting in February 2023.

Elisa Di Lallo completed their Bachelor's Degree in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation from Università degli studi Roma TRE in the years 2015 to 2018. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Modern Languages for International Communication from the same university from 2019 to 2021.
