Wouter Willems has over three decades of professional experience, currently serving as a Senior Manager at BearingPoint Caribbean since January 1993, where responsibilities include design, delivery, and project management for system integration projects with (semi) government organizations. Promoted to Senior Manager in 2002, Wouter currently holds the position of Lead Architect for the Be Informed business process platform, facilitating the development and implementation of solutions for knowledge-intensive business processes. Prior to this, Wouter gained experience as a Stagiair at Centro Saude Mental in Guinea-Bissau in 1990. Wouter holds an MSc in Health Sciences from Maastricht University and completed studies in Electrotechniek at Technische Universiteit Eindhoven.
