Jeff Pearce is a Pre Construction Manager at Beard since September 2015. Prior to that, Jeff held the same position at Bray & Slaughter from January 2015 to August 2015. Jeff has also worked at Balfour Beatty plc from August 2008 to December 2014, holding roles such as Tech Services Director and Bid Manager. Before joining Balfour Beatty plc, Jeff worked at Cowlin from January 2003 to August 2008 as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Jeff holds a degree in Hnc Building Studies from Croydon College and a Diploma in Surveying from University College of Estate Management.
