Tom Echols is a seasoned executive in the security solutions industry with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Security Solutions at BearCom since March 2024, Tom previously held the position of President at Enterprise Security Services from September 2018 to March 2024. Other notable roles include Senior Vice President of Enterprise Accounts at Securitas Technology Nederland, Vice President of National & Global Accounts at STANLEY Security, and Director of Global Accounts at Structure Works Inc. Tom also brings significant experience from Security 101 as President & General Manager of the Global Account Division, and from Honeywell as Vice President of System Sales & Global Accounts. Earlier career roles include Director of Engineered Systems at Northern Computers Inc. and Commercial Sales Manager at Rollins Protective Services.
