Thomas McCutchen has a diverse work experience. Thomas founded Scoutside, a company focused on brand building and e-commerce expertise. Thomas also worked as the Head of Strategy at Bear Group, driving strategic business growth for a premier commerce agency. Prior to that, they served as the Director of UTC RETAIL Merchant, overseeing the product roadmap and enhancing the functionality of the application. Additionally, Thomas worked as a Senior Software Developer at Revenue Solutions, Inc., where they developed system designs and implemented custom interfaces.

Thomas McCutchen attended Vanderbilt University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
