Monique Messman has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Monique currently holds the position of Director of Technical Project Management at Bear Group since February 2018. Prior to this, they worked as an Implementation Manager at SchoolAdmin from January 2015 to January 2018. Monique also served as a General Engineering Specialist at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality from December 2013 to January 2015. Monique has experience as a Project Engineer at Flare Industries Inc. from May 2012 to June 2013, and as an Assistant Director at Mathnasium - The Math Learning Center from November 2010 to May 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Equipment Engineer at Texas Instruments from May 2007 to August 2007.

Monique Messman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 2009. Monique also earned a certification in Business Foundations from the same university between 2006 and 2009.
