Thomas Schluter has over 20 years of work experience in the construction industry. Thomas started their career at Leopardo Companies, Inc. in 1998, working as a Healthcare Project Manager until 2002. Thomas then joined Krahl Construction as a Healthcare Project Manager from 2002 to 2005. Following this, they worked at Reed Construction as a Senior Project Manager from 2005 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Skender Construction, taking on the role of Senior Project Manager until 2016. Most recently, they have been working at Bear Construction Company as a Senior Project Manager since 2016.

Thomas Schlueter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University between 1981 and 1985. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Procore Certified Project Manager (Project Management) from Procore Technologies in October 2021.
