Katherine Palme has a range of work experience in different educational settings. Katherine'smost recent position was Head Teacher at Beansprouts Nursery School, which they started in September 2016. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Teacher at Trevor Day School from August 2014 to June 2016. Katherine also served as Program Director at Congregation Beth Elohim from June 2013 to August 2014 and as a Learning Assistant at Nord Anglia Education from August 2012 to June 2014. Katherine'searlier experience includes working as a Head Counselor at Congregation Beth Elohim from July 2009 to August 2012.

Katherine Palme began their education at the University of Miami, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and History. Katherine attended the university from 2007 to 2011. After completing their undergraduate studies, Katherine further pursued their academic career at Bank Street College of Education. From 2013 to 2015, they obtained a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching, specializing in this field.
