Winston Dwyer is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in beverage management and ownership. Currently serving as the Business Owner of Beans and Beats since August 2023, Winston specializes in specialty coffee and cold-pressed juice. Previous roles include Bar Manager at The Wolseley city and Tattu Restaurants, as well as Head of Bars at Artfarm. Winston spent over five years with the Dorchester Collection as Assistant Bar Manager of Bar 45, and also developed managerial skills as Bars Manager at Sanctum Soho Hotel, having been promoted from Bar Supervisor. Earlier career highlights include serving as Bar Supervisor at Benugo Bar & Kitchen and starting as a Bartender at the Jamaica Inn Hotel, where Winston first transitioned from maintenance to food and beverage. Additionally, Winston contributed as a mentor in the Debate Mate Jamaica pilot program, fostering communication skills among students.
