James Bowey is a seasoned professional in subsea robotics and offshore operations, currently serving as Subsea Robotic Senior Supervisor at Rovco since October 2022. Bowey has extensive experience in various roles, including ROV Supervisor at IKM Testing UK and Deeptech Oil Services, as well as Vessel Manager with ERSG Ltd., focusing on pipeline surveys. Past positions also include WROV Superintendent at Mermaid Offshore Services and leadership roles at Remote Engineering Technology and Alliance Seaworks, showcasing a solid track record in managing offshore projects and ROV operations. Bowey holds an HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from Inverness College, completed between 1989 and 1992.
