Matthew Bussa is an experienced engineering manager and software engineer with a diverse background in the technology sector. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and formerly as Senior Software Engineer at Beam Benefits since July 2019, Matthew has been instrumental in enhancing dental services accessibility through innovative solutions. Prior to joining Beam, Matthew held leadership roles at Industry X.O at Accenture and Pillar Technology, contributing significantly to software craftsmanship and development processes. Previous positions include consulting at CareWorks Technologies, software development at Northwoods Consulting Partners, and senior development management at AccuNet. Matthew's career began in application and database administration roles at Cott Systems and Cardington Yutaka Technologies. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Ashland University, obtained in 2003.
