Kizzie Johnson has over two decades of experience in retail and merchandise planning, currently serving as a Strategic Reporting and Analysis Planner at Bealls, Inc. since July 2001. Kizzie has developed and communicated key reporting insights to support seasonal and corporate strategies and has played a vital role in growing the youth division, contributing to projected sales of approximately $22 million. Previous roles include Associate Planner, Location Planner, Allocation Analyst, and various other positions, focusing on areas such as inventory management, allocation systems, and vendor compliance. Kizzie began the career at Sears Department Stores as a Sales Associate, achieving notable success in customer service and credit approvals.
