Ashley Alas is a seasoned professional in the fashion industry, currently serving as the Materials Sourcing Manager at Bealls, Inc. since February 2023. Previously, Ashley held various roles including Raw Materials Contractor at JCPenney, Associate Sourcing Manager at Matilda Jane Clothing, and Raw Materials Manager at URBN. This extensive experience includes strategic management of raw material sourcing, creative development of fabric assortments, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
