Jill Thomassian has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jill most recently worked as the COO of Beaker & Wrench, a company disrupting the cannabis oil distillation industry. Prior to that, they served as the COO of Robowind and Metagreen Ventures. Jill also founded and served as the VP of Optimal Systems, Inc., a systems automation firm specializing in robotics and machine vision. Jill was a partner in Operations and Finance at Hyperion Development, LLC, and they held the position of COO at RealD. Before that, they worked as a Sr. Mech Engineer at Microfabrica, Inc. and as a Program Manager at Accu-Fab Systems. Jill began their career at Hewlett Packard as a Manufacturing Development Engineer.
Jill Thomassian completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) degree from The University of Texas at Arlington from 1987 to 1991. Jill then pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) between 1991 and 1993. Later, they attended the University of Southern California (USC) from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business.
