Ray Hanly is the Group CEO & Managing Director at Beak & Johnston. Ray has over 20 years of experience in the food industry, starting their career as a Factory Manager / Senior Production Manager at Greencore. Ray then moved to Arla Foods where they became Site Director, and then to Ginsters where they were Operations Director & National Account Manager. In 2010 they joined Pilgrim's UK as Divisional Operations Director - Tulip, and in 2013 they became Divisional Managing Director - Dalehead Foods.
