Prior to their accounting career, Amara worked in the hospitality industry as a server/trainer at DoubleTree by Hilton and as a host/server/trainer at Hotel Metro. Amara also has experience as a sales associate at Charlotte Russe. Amara holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
