Ninette Macedo is an experienced Employee Relations professional currently serving as Employee Relations Manager at Beacon Communities LLC since February 2021, following a role as Senior Employee Relations Specialist and Employee Relations Specialist. Prior to this, Ninette held the position of Employee Relations Manager at Encore Boston Harbor from February 2019 to February 2021 and worked at Wynn Las Vegas from November 2011 to February 2019 in various roles, including Employee Relations Counselor and Human Resources Benefits Administrator. Ninette's career began at Treasure Island Hotel & Casino and continued at The Mirage, where important contributions were made in employee services and executive assistance.
