Deb Lubic has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Deb began their career in 1998 with NDC Real Estate Management as a Site Manager for a Section 8 Family Site in North Hills of Pittsburgh. Deb took on additional responsibilities in the company, including serving as a Corporate Trainer for Compliance Software and as the Section 8 Compliance and 504 Coordinator. In 2017, they joined Beacon Communities LLC as the Director of Compliance. Deb Lubic later became self-employed in 2018, with their retirement as their current role. Their expertise lies in compliance, management, and training.

Deb Lubic's education history begins in 1973 when they enrolled at Seton Hill University. Deb pursued a double major in sociology and social welfare during their undergraduate studies. After four years of dedicated academic work, they successfully graduated in 1977 with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology/Social Welfare.
