William leads both Beacon's internal tech support group and the managed client IT service team, BITS (Beacon IT Services), as the resident system administration expert. As the head of Beacon's IT infrastructure and manager of the dedicated and shared hosting environments, William's leadership is backed by decades of experience and provides the security these crucial systems require. After receiving an education at ECPI College, William proceeded to earn various professional certifications, including CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Net+. He is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator in addition to a ConnectWise Automate Certified Professional. With a special interest in supporting his team in their own education and growth, William looks forward to facing new challenges every day as technology habits and processes change.
